THE RED Arrows will take to the skies as we speak with their French counterparts La Patrouille de France.

They are going to be marking the 80th anniversary of Basic Charles de Gaulle’s attraction to the French inhabitants to withstand the German occupation of France throughout World Struggle Two.

What was Charles de Gaulle’s radio handle?

Macron’s go to marks the 80th anniversary of Basic Charles de Gaulle’s radio handle to the French nation, shortly after the Nazi invasion of France, by which he laid the foundations of the Resistance.

The handle was broadcast from London by the BBC on June 18, 1940, with permission from Winston Churchill.

Who was Charles de Gaulle?
